Becky Gonzalez, MT, PPNE, Birth Doula

Hi my name is Becky Gonzalez, MT, PPNE, Birth Doula.
Those are fancy titles that mean I am a certified massage therapist, a pre and perinatal educator and labor/birth doula. I have been performing the healing art of massage since 1999. I have had the honor of welcoming over 300+ babies into the world over the course of the last 20 years as a birth doula. Although I have slowed down my practice of doula-ing, I still support a few births a year. I specialize in women’s health, focusing on fertility massages, pregnancy massages and postpartum massages, with this being said I do provide massage services for all women. I also perform postpartum belly binding
sessions which are conducted shortly after birth. Additionally, I co-facilitate women’s circles, through Sacred Fertility Support Circles. I am in the process of becoming certified to host Sacred Wise Women Circles. Be on the look-out for those events! I feel very passionate about supporting and educating women from preconception through their early months of postpartum. I am eager to start supporting women through their last big hormonal journey of
menopause through our Wise Women Circles I am considered a young senior, as I move through the decade of my sixties. I have been married for twenty years to my very supportive and loving husband and we reside in Oceanside, Calif. We are a blended family with four adult children and ten extraordinary grandchildren. They are truly the light of our lives. When I am not serving women and families, you can usually find me playing with one or more of our grandchildren or taking a yoga class. We love our family vacations. I travel to India often which helps me to deepen my spiritual practice.
