I’m so excited to share our first Mindful Mama’s Night Out event! Come join us on June 13th, we’ll be tapping into our creativity to practice self-expression and facilitate an experience of connection and vitality. Our gathering space is located in Encinitas in a home office; an intimate, cozy space. Tea and snacks will be served and welcoming hands will be there to guide you. Come and have fun with us!

Our guide will be Katie of Leucadia Macrame, a local artist and mama to toddler and 4 month old. I had the opportunity to spend some time with Katie (and her precious baby), we chatted about the demands of motherhood and how important it is to have a village of support. We both have family on the East coast and connected on how challenging it is to be far from family while trying to raise a family of our own! Mama’s, you’re in good company….Katie and I are dedicated to offering a supportive, non-judgmental, fun experience with the possibility of expanding your village of support. Bring a friend, take time out of your schedule to practice self-care and join us on June 13th from 6:00-8:00pm. Details on the event can be found here.

“The arts address the idea of an aesthetic experience. An aesthetic experience is one in which the senses are operating at their peak, when you are present in the current moment, when you are resonating with the excitement of this thing that you are experiencing, when you are fully alive.”- Sir Ken Robinson
