This group is a great way to feel connected, confident and emotionally prepared to step into your next school year. Learn strategies to manage the up’s and down’s of the teen years, cope with the inevitable stress of school, and most of all deepen your self-love and self-trust! This will be a fun and interactive group with some discussion and experiential activities.
